Wafer handling attachments are used for microscope inspecting of semi-conductor wafers and masks. Front load and side load are typically used. These paddles slide on plastic rails under the microscope objectives. Instead of having to refocus the microscope you just slide the paddle out and change the wafers etc. They are machined out of aluminum plate and hard black anodized. We have many sizes and we also make custom paddles for special masks and wafers.
